So again, thank you, thank you for your warm welcome. I'm very excited to be here today.
You know, I've been in the network marketing industry for a long time. It's the only business I know and I can tell you from experience that this is the best opportunity in the world. So first of all I want to congratulate every single person in this room today because you had the courage to say "yes" to changing your life forever.
Hands up here. Who here in this room was a little hesitant, maybe a little scared to make the decision to say "yes?" Who here had to think about it? Maybe sleep on it? Who here wishes they had immediately jumped into the opportunity?
I see a lot of hands. I think just about every single person is holding their hand up right now. You know what held you back from jumping in with two feet? You know what caused that hesitation? What was putting doubts and questions into your head? That was fear. Yeah, that's right. Fear.
Here's my question for you: fear of what? What makes us fear network marketing? Doesn't make sense, right? This is the greatest opportunity in the world, the chance to transform your life and empower and impact others. This is the ticket to financial freedom. This is the chance to have everything you've ever dreamed of and you fear it? What is there to fear? Some of you know the answer. I see some of you looking at me. You know what I'm about to say.
Lies.
All fear is based on lies. It says so in the Holy book itself. Listen, we all know the truth. This is the way. This journey is the right path for us all, but that fear you had in the very beginning was caused by the lies you were told! Lies from the enemy! You maybe heard "Oh, network marketing? You're gonna end up broke." *chuckles* You might of heard the classic "It's a pyramid scheme." Girl, pyramid schemes are illegal, what are you talking about? I know you've all heard "It's a scam!" Who's heard that one? Yeah a lot of you, probably everyone has heard that one. "Oh, it's a pyramid scam and you're gonna lose all your money and end up on the street! Ooowooowooo!"

Babes.
Babes, stop.
Take a breath.
I was earning six figures by the end of my second year in the business. By my third year I had retired myself and I make millions as a network marketing coach. I travel the world. I meet amazing ambitious entrepreneurs. I get to impact lives. I have seen so many lives become transformed in this business because they said "yes" to the opportunity!
Babes, scam where?
Audience: *laughter*
They're lies. It's all lies. Lies designed to trick you, to hold you back. Lies from the enemy, from anti-MLM haters, from jealous broke people, from Satan, from corporate propagandists! All of these people lied to you and, you know what, you kind of believed them. That came out in the form of doubt. But you know what happened?
You all found that courage within yourselves to say "yes." You stood there, in the face of doubt, in the face of adversity, in the face of those who hate you and you found that courage deep within your soul. Despite the doubts, despite the negativity, you took that step and because you have the courage, you have what it takes to make it to the end of this journey. And that's one of the things I want to talk to you about today- courage!
Courage is one of the three most important C's of success today. This is what I want you to take home with you today and pass onto your teams. There are three essential C's when it comes to taking your business to the next level. It's very simple. This is the training you came for today and you're not going to hear this anywhere else. I want you to write this down. Get your pens and paper and write this down.
So the first C to success I've just mentioned. You need to have courage. Write that down. Courage. The second is you need good connection. Write it down. And thirdly, if you wanna take it to the next level, you need consistency. The three C's: courage, connection, consistency. I wanna see you all write that down.
So I wanna talk more about courage. That's something you all have. Courage is what brought you all here today. It's what everyone in this room has in common. I know y'all have it in you. Here's the thing about courage. It may be in you, but you can't just bring it out the one time when you sign-up. You've gotta look deep into your soul and find that fire every single day because no-one reaches success in this business by staying in their comfort zone. You've gotta face the enemy every single day. You've gotta find the courage to overcome your doubts, overcome hate, overcome the lies. It sounds hard, but you know you can do it and you've gotta remind yourself every single day "I have what it takes because I had the courage to say 'yes.'"
Listen, do you think it's easy to reach out to a hundred strangers every single day, trying to build genuine connections and relationships? It's doable, but you face a lot of rejection. Whether we like it or not, no matter how good, how perfect, our business strategies are, we're still gonna get a few people who will just say "no" and keep saying "no," no matter how persistently you try, no matter if you've built a really strong connection with that person, they'll still say no. Who here has had this experience? Raise your hands. That's about everybody. Sucks, right?
It takes courage to walk away from that rejection and move on and try again with the next person. Rejection is hard to take and I know those who say "no" are wrong and losers, but you know what, you can't save everybody. Yes, one person slipped through your fingers, you poured your heart out to them, showed them how amazing network marketing is and how it's transformed your life and it gets you no-where, but when you find that courage, it tells you to pick yourself up and try again with the next person. Courage tells you to keep going. You need to find that courage every single day.
We know that fear, those doubts that the enemy puts in our heads. "Oh, what if this persons says 'no?'" "What if they call my career a scam?" "What if they're super hostile and try to argue with me?" "What if they don't respond at all and just block me?" You've had that? Who here has had these thoughts? Again, everyone.
Lemme tell you a story. Before I joined this business I was in a dark place. I was just about to turn 18, I had recently had a bad experience trying out as a waitress and learned that the traditional corporate world was just not a good fit for me. I was leaving high school soon and I just didn't know what to do with my life. I knew I wanted money, a lot of money, but I didn't know how to get there because a traditional job certainly wasn't the way to financial freedom. Forty hours a week, for forty years for a forty cent pay raise annually. I couldn't bear the thought of how miserable that sounded. I knew that working a corporate job was just not gonna work out. I feared how my future would look. I was afraid that I would have to find a traditional job whether I wanted it or not. I feared falling victim to corporate America.
We've all been there, right? Having no idea where to move forward to, how to move forward. Not being able to see the future is scary stuff. We start to believe the lies from the enemy. Maybe I actually won't reach my dreams. Maybe my dreams are simply meant to be just dreams.
That was until one day, I got the message. Who here remembers when they got that message? Maybe it was from your sister, your aunt, an old high school friend, a complete stranger altogether, but we all remember it. For me, it was the mother of someone I went to high school with on Facebook. I never knew her, maybe met her in passing, but now she is perhaps the single most important person in my life after my family because she has made an impact on my life that words will never be able to describe.
I want to just take a quick moment here. I want you all to picture that person, your messenger. Your very first upline. Perhaps they're in this room with you right now. Perhaps they're sitting next to you. I want you all to take a moment and just picture them in your mind, or turn around to look at them if they're right there next to you. Do you feel that warmness of gratitude filling in your heart? This person saved your life. They empowered you. They set you free. I want you to take a moment to thank them. Thank them in your prayers right now or thank them right now in person. I want us to say it together.
Thank you for the most amazing opportunity of a lifetime. Thank you for empowering me to be able to get to where I am now. Thank you for uplifting me so I can continue to grow. Thank you for helping me to discover the courage to take my business to the next level. Thank you for the gift of your love, patience and empowerment. Thank you for gifting me the opportunity to be right here right now today, receiving the best business training in the world right now. Thank you for all of it. To you, I am eternally grateful. Amen.
I want you to hold onto this moment. I want you to cherish this exact moment. I want you to feel that gratitude because gratitude is the attitude in this business. So with that, let's give our uplines the massive applause that they deserve. Give it up guys! Give it up!

So when my upline, her name is Susan by the way, I call her Momma Susan. So when Momma Susan reached out to me, I immediately felt the love and passion she had for empowering other women. I remember it like it was yesterday. "Hey Amy, I love your profile and I think you're so characteristic. I think you'd be amazing at doing what I do. I help women achieve their wildest dreams by building their own online business." I wrote that message every single day in my gratitude journal for a month. Every single day.
I signed-up immediately because I had the faith and courage that this was the answer to my prayers. I signed-up so fast I didn't even know the name of the company I was working for yet. I handed over $150 on a starter kit and I was ready to build my own team straight away. I wasn't even going to wait for the kit to arrive. I was ready to get started because I sure as hell was not going to start my journey with a corporate nine to five job. I had the courage within me because the alternative was just not an option. I found the courage within me that day.
I carried that courage forward. I took it with me every single day. I learned very early on in this crazy journey that you need to show up every single day and showing up every single day takes courage. It takes courage when you have a slow sales day and you keep going. It takes courage to maybe initially completely fail and you keep going. It takes courage to fall back a rank or two and you keep going so you can climb your way back to the top again. It takes courage when someone in your downline leaves the business and you keep going. When you have the courage, the only option is to keep going and you keep going and keep going and keep going until you reach the top!
Lemme tell you. People who quit this business have lost the courage. They have it in them, somewhere, but they lose track along the way. It's my job and your job to make sure that doesn't happen. I want you to teach your downlines to find that courage again so they can keep going. Show up just one more day and then just one more and they will start to see results again. They will remember why they got into this business in the first place. It takes courage to not quit, even when you feel like you're going nowhere. Look, sometimes success just takes a little longer to manifest than you thought. You need to have the faith. Find your courage in that faith, that it will work out.
If you take just one thing away from today, remember that the only way to lose, to truly lose in this business, is if you quit.

So courage brings us onto the second C of success: connections and as we know, you're gonna need that first C- courage to make really meaningful connections in this business.
We all know that in order to be successful in network marketing, no matter what your upline or other network marketing trainers say, you're gonna need to build a team. It's just a fact. Sure, you can sell products, but that's when you're only using the opportunity as a small time side-hustle. Those people are great to bulk up your downline, but ultimately they're not taking the opportunity seriously. We all know those types and if you're that type of network marketer, I'm sorry to break it to you, but you're not doing enough if you want to take your business to the next level. You would not be here today if you didn't take this business seriously, so if you're not actively building a team, you're gonna start today. To-day!

I told you your life was gonna change today.
Audience: *applause*
So listen, you wanna build a team? You gotta make those connections. So what do I mean by connections? Some of you might have noticed that different network marketing trainers will tell you different things. Some say it's purely a numbers game, just message as many people as possible every single day and eventually the sign-ups will come through. Okay, sure. I mean, you could play it that way if you want to.
Other network marketing trainers will say "No, no no! It's all about building real, deep, genuine relationships with people. You've gotta get to know every single person on a real level. You've gotta know their names, their hobbies, what church they go to. You need to build a friendship in order to sign them up." Okay, you could also do it that way too.
So we have a bit of a contradiction here. Do you reach out to over a hundred people a day, copy and pasting messages and playing the numbers game? Or do you build deep relationships with potential new team members? It can't be both, right?
Right?
Right.
Right.
I know what you're all thinking now. How is that possible? Well, babes, it's all about making the right kind of connections with people. I am here to tell you that it is actually possible to build relationships with over 100 people a day, brand new people.
I see you all staring at me in shock now. Babes, who told you this business wasn't hard work? Someone answer that for me.
I thought so.
Listen, if you want financial freedom, it's yours to take if you put in the work it takes. It's a choice. Success is always a choice. Do you work tirelessly in the short-term making all these connections for massive long-term pay off? Or do you give up and quit because you're lazy?
I didn't come here today to tell you what you want to hear, babes. I came here to tell you what you need to hear and what you need to hear is, if you wanna take your business to the next level, you need to show up every single day!
Show up every single day!
So how do we make so many meaningful connections? The answer is simple, you start your day making a list of 100 brand new people you are going to connect with that day. One hundred people you are going to reach out to with the opportunity. Now that may sound like a lot, but let's break it down. Break it down into categories. Let's say, you're gonna connect with five family members, ten people you went to school with, ten people who follow you online, ten people from a local group or club. What about foreign buy and sell groups? What about 18+ fetish groups? What about political groups? There are eight billion people in this world! There are so many imaginative ways you can connect with people. You just need to write it down every single day. Who am I going to connect with today? One hundred out of eight billion. Babes, you're never going to run out of new connections.
Once you have your list of 100 new people, you send each one their own personal message. You've gotta address them by name. Don't just say "hey girl!" You've gotta mention their name and then something about them to really make that connection.
An example could be:
"Hey Jessica, absolutely love your profile, girl. Your art page is amazing! I'd love to learn more about your work. Have you ever thought about becoming an entrepreneur? I have all the materials you need to help you get started."
It's short, simple and by asking a question, we are initiating a back and forth conversation. This is an excellent example of making the first connection.
Here's another example:
"OMG Abbie! I absolutely love your profile! Your kids are just the cutest! Your life is just goals! Have you ever considered maybe becoming a mompreneur? I'd love for you to join our amazing community of mommas who are rocking their small online businesses!"
And another:
"Hey Dave! I absolutely love your profile! I love seeing people who love taking care of their health and hitting their fitness goals! Did you know you can turn your fitness goals into profit? I have all of the tools you need to get you started on this amazing business journey!"
These messages are just four or five sentences long and don't take long to personalize or write. You can easily crank out a hundred of these in a couple of house. Set that time aside every single day to make those initial connections.
Once communication is established, then you want to do your follow-ups. You may have a LOT of follow-ups, so take a good four or five hours a day for just that. There are two ways you're gonna do follow ups. The first is engaging in a back-and-forth conversation when your connection has replied to you. You wanna get into the closing of the sign-up as quickly as possible while still making these messages personalized.
So let's say Jessica replies. Here's an example of her response and how I'd respond:
"Hey Amy. Thanks for reaching out. Thank you for complementing my work. I actually already have an online store that's doing relatively well at the moment. You can check it out at *redacted* if you want to see more of my work. Thanks for reaching out to me though."
"Hey Jess. Thanks for your reply. I'm glad you're rocking it as a bossbabe. If you want to take your success to the next level I can show you how. You're gonna absolutely love the opportunity I have for you. I can even get you started today. Lemme know as soon as possible because I only have three spots left and they're filling up fast!"
Works like a charm. Okay, so let's say Abbie does not reply. Here is a shocking fact for you that we need to change today. Did you know that 90% of network marketers do not follow-up with people who don't respond? And people wonder why 90% of people in this business give up and quit. Listen babes, silence does not mean "no." You've gotta follow-up with every single connection. Sometimes it takes several attempts. Find that courage within you to try again. Try again and keep going!
So how do we follow-up without a response? The secret is to give them the benefit of the doubt. We've all had those messages we keep meaning to reply to, but then get distracted and forget about. Here's an example of what I would write to her:
"Hey Abbie, just to remind you that this community of mompreneurs is waiting for you! I'm sure you're super busy right now. Mom life, am I right? Let me know when you're ready to get in on this opportunity of a lifetime. I only have three spots left and they're filling up fast. I'll be here for you when you're ready to say 'yes.'"
Don't forget that false scarcity is vital in your connections. Remind them that you only have a few spaces left and time is running out. This will save you so much time! It empowers your new downline to say "yes" much faster, thereby saving relationship-building time for other potential new team members. False scarcity, also known as FOMO, fear of missing out, is one of the most powerful tools when it comes to closing your sale. It's not illegal, therefore it's fine and ethical.
So this is how we make connections with both your hot and cold market. Reaching out will always be the most impactful method of team building, but there are other ways to reach out to your hot market.
Can we remember what are hot and cold markets are? Your hot market is your family, your friends, your followers, people you have a genuine connection to. Your cold market is literally the other eight billion people!

Lemme tell you, I have had so many entrepreneurs come up to me and say they have "ran out" of connections. They've asked all of their family, friends, followers, colleagues, neighbors, everyone to join the business and they just can't sign anyone up to the business anymore. So I always say, "Really? You asked all eight billion people?"
Audience: *laughter*
Babes, you should see the look on their faces every single time I ask that question because they know in that moment, they're just not putting in the work in. For a brief moment, they lost their courage to keep going forward, but when I ask them about eight billion people, they get straight back to work.
It's true. It's all about having the success mindset. Only your mindset is what gets in the way from success.

So your hot market. This is where your social media content comes in. I see you all nodding. Who here has made a post, reel or story about the conference today? Hands up.
Okay about half of you. Who here has made a post, reel or story about how much this business has transformed your life?
Okay again about half.
Who here has made a reel about the business today?
Okay, maybe a third of you. Alright. Alright. Some of you are getting it.
Listen. Your social media, your personal social media is now your brand, babes. It's a workplace and just like every workplace your need to- let's hear it from the back!
Audience: Show up every single day!
Yes, show up every single damned day. You're getting it! You need to show up on social media every single day. Every day, babes. Even on the bad days, even when you're sick, even when you don't feel like it because that's what showing up means. That doesn't mean you post the negative stuff, it means you have to be positive regardless of what's happening in your personal life. In network marketing, you're not really selling a product, you're selling a lifestyle.
Lemme say that again. You're not selling a product. You're selling a lifestyle.
Sure, you may love the product. You may believe in the product with all your heart, but we're talking about the real serious business- team building and people are attracted to lifestyles. Let's face it, people are attracted to money. Let's be real, babes. People want the financial freedom.
So your image is extremely important. It's gotta be finely curated and pieced together. You've gotta be genuine, but positive. You've gotta be relatable, but unique. Why is this important? Because selling the image of the network marketing lifestyle is a way of passively connecting with your hot market. It also helps to grow your following and therefore grow your own individual brand. Once you have established a decent following, people will be connecting with you to join the business opportunity. Before you ask, you want a following of at least 20,000 to get started.
I get it. Getting that balance right can be a little tricky. I have entrepreneurs asking me all the time, "Am I over-doing it?" "It this cringe?" " How do I avoid the clichés?"
So lemme introduce you to my formula. Here it is. I need you to write this stuff down.
Here is my 3³ rule. I need you to post three posts, three stories and three reels every single day. Yes, every single day. That's a total of nine, just the right amount to push the algorithm and get that audience in, but not enough that you're absolutely exhausting yourself and flooding your followers feeds.
So that's your first three. There are two more sets of three.
The second three you need to focus on are brand building, product promotion and the opportunity.
What do I mean by brand building? I mean post at least three things a day that are just about you and the brand you want to curate. Show off things from your life. What you're doing that day. Maybe a coffee. Three things that are not directly related to your business, but build up an image to your audience of who you are as a person and brand. This is a way for your followers to make a parasocial connection with you. They will feel like they know you as a person. We do these kinda posts every single day anyway am I right? So I wanna see three a day. Three. Got it?
Product promotion. Now this is not the same thing as product selling. Product promotion is what happens before the sale. I wanna see three posts a day with you showing off your products. How much have these products improved your life and wellbeing. Show off how great your products look, how tasty they are, what amazing uses they have and so on. Y'all know this already. Three a day. That's right.
So the opportunity. We're all getting this now, right? You're learning fast from this training. Three posts a day on the business opportunity. Doesn't matter if it's a reel, a story or whatever. Three a day. Tell your audience how much this business has transformed your life and how much it has empowered you to impact others. Tell 'em about your journey of entrepreneurship. Tell 'em how much you can't wait to see your audience make money with you on this journey.
Three a day.
Three a day.
So the third three, the squared if you will, is three different calls to action. After all, you can't make your important business connections if you don't allow the opportunity for engagement from your followers. So I wanna see three different calls to action: I want to see you encourage comments. It could be something as simple as asking your followers questions: "Today I'm drinking a frappelattechinno with extra sour cream. What's your regular coffee order?" The next call to action is getting people to click on your stores. Get those click throughs. Maybe use some of that MOFO to get people clicking on your great deals. The third call to action is team building. Three calls to join your team a day.
Now it doesn't have to be as bold as "JOIN MY TEAM!" three times a day. Nobody likes that. It could be as simple as "I have three spots left for anyone who wants to begin their career in network marketing." Let them know that the opportunity is waiting for them three times a day, every single day.
Every single day.
Showing up, ladies.
Every damned day.
Let's recap here. Three squared! Three posts! Three stories! Three reels! Three on brand building! Three on products! Three on the opportunity! Three questions! Three link clicks! Three on team building!
Write it down!
You have a plan on how to build connections! Who's ready to go out there now and take their business to the next level?

So we have one more C to talk about. This one you've never heard from any network marketing coach before. None of them tell you this. That is consistency.
You know what I've already told you. How do we take our busines to the next level? You've gotta?

Every damned day, my friends. Every fucking day.

It's getting HOT in here. You smelling it? You smelling all that money we're gonna make? I know it. I can feel it. Who here can feel it?
Everybody here. That's great. I know I'm doing my job right.
Showing up every single day our third C. You've GOTTA be consistent with everything you do in this business and you've gotta repeat it every single day.
And let me tell you, because no-one out there else will: when I say every single day, I MEAN every single goddamn fucking day. That means today, that means tomorrow, that means the day after, that means Saturdays, that means Sundays, that means your birthday, that means Thanksgiving, that means Christmas Day, that means New Years, that means when you're going to a wedding, that means when you're on vacation, that means when you're in labor!
Lemme tell you, I've seen a LOT of incredible women in this business who rock their business while they give birth. If they can literally push a person out of their body AND sign someone up to the opportunity at the same time, then babes, you have no excuse. Those women don't even know the MEANING of excuse. Is that French? Excusez? What does that mean? That sure don't mean anything to me.
Here's the thing. I want you all to have that attitude. From now on you will no longer even USE the word excuse. It's erased from your vocabulary. In a puff of smoke! It's hereby gone! Because lemme tell you, if you are consistent in this business, you will never ever need to understand the meaning ever again. You are either committed to this business with consistency every single day, or you're not. That's it. That's how simple it is, babes.
It's so fucking simple.
Can you believe you paid hundreds of dollars for this?

But it's true! Everything is so simple! It's just a matter of whether or not you want it enough to never be fucking lazy. Success is a choice in this business.
Imma say that again for the people in the back.
Success is a choice.
It's your choice whether you want to be consistently dedicated. It's really your choice. You can let life's distractions get in the way, but that's a choice, babes.
You wanna fail? Well you fail because you quit. Doesn't have to be that you just quit. You can just quit one day without realizing you quit. It just takes that one day when you decide to have the day of. "Meh, I don't feel like working the biz today. Today I'm gonna dedicate the whole day to self-care. I'll start again tomorrow, but not today." And then guess what happens? You don't feel like it the next day either, until eventually you start losing money in the business and instead of blaming your own goddamned laziness, you blame the business and then you quit for real.
That is a choice. It is the choice to not be consistent. To not be dedicated. To not be disciplined.
Listen, who here took Christmas Day off from their business? Hands up. I want you to be honest.
I see a lot of hands there. Guess what, this time next year I expect to see no hands. Every single what?

So I got one last question for y'all, you think you've got what it takes? Do you have the courage?

Sarah. Amazing. What rank are you Sarah?

Sarah: Yeah just two people.
And how long have you been in the business? A week or what?
Sarah: Two years.
Oh babes. Two years? And you have a team of TWO? One per year? Really? Do you not want to reach the top?
Sarah: Yeah, but I dunno how to go about it, but I'm learning right now.
Damned right, you're learning. This day couldn't have come sooner for you.
Sarah: I did have a team of three, but my sister left.
Your sister left? She left the business? Why?
Sarah: She said it was a scam.
And that's obviously causing a lot of animosity right now, right? Do you think she's jealous of you because you have the ambition she lacks? Has she become a hater? Does she hate seeing the amazing life-transforming journey you're going through?
Sarah: *cries*
Listen, Sarah, babes. I want you to listen to me. I want you to do something for me, can you do that? I need you to first of all, you're going to give your sister an ultimatum. Either she rejoins your business so you can make money together, or you cut her out. Bless her and release her from your life, permanently. I know you don't want to hear it Sarah. I'm sure there are others in the audience who don't want to hear it either, but sometimes our closest loved ones are out biggest haters and we've gotta cut the hate out because their negativity is going to drag you down. We can't let negative energy control our businesses and our lives. If the people in your life do not support you on this journey 100%, then they don't love you as much as you thought they did. Let the negativity go. Let them go. Let the positive vibes in. Do you think you can do that Sarah?
Sarah: *tearfully nods*
Because the thing is Sarah is that you KNOW now for absolute certainty that you have the courage to take your business to the next level. Courage means we have the ability to face our fears and to take action despite the opinions and approval of others. Do you think you have that courage?

Claire: My name is Claire and I've been in this business for three months.
Okay, not bad. Listen I pointed you out because I notice you've been a little more quiet than everyone else in the audience. Was there anything that was unclear?
Claire: I'm just a little worried that it's not going to work anyway.

That's right. Hallelujah! Listen, God is the reason behind all of my success. He is the reason I have the courage because I have faith in Him to give me the faith in the business and because I had the faith in the business, I found the courage to make contacts, to be consistent. He rewarded my faith in it all with financial freedom, a life of luxury that I truly deserved because I had more faith than everyone else. Faith is what made me a winner!
Claire, God has a plan for you and He led you to this business for a reason and trust me, the reason was not so you quit because you doubted the business and you doubted Him, the Father in Heaven. This is His plan for you! He has great plans! Big plans! Plans of financial freedom! I know it's coming for you. Claire, do you doubt the Lord?

Then you will have faith in the business. The Lord brought every single person in this room together today so we can make money together.
